Privacy Policy
The short version: We do not run a social network inside the app, we do not collect contact lists or messages between players, and we do not ask you to hand over personal profile data to use coaching. When you request AI feedback, only your gameplay video is sent for processing — not your name, email, or address.
This policy describes how Shutter Master LTD ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile application BestInOnline: AI Game Coach ("the App"), developed by Sukhjinder Singh. If anything here feels unclear, reach us at [email protected].
1. What we are (and are not) building
BestInOnline is a solo coaching tool: you upload or record a short gameplay clip, receive AI-generated analysis, and optionally review past sessions in your on-device history. Users do not exchange data with each other through the App. There is no user-to-user chat, shared lobby, or profile directory operated by us.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not operate a traditional account system that stores your legal name, home address, government ID, payment card details, or free-text biographies. We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles from your in-app behavior.
If you contact us by email, we will see whatever you choose to write — that correspondence is handled like normal support mail, not like a database of App users.
3. Identifiers used for stability, not profiling
To keep the App functional and to deliver optional push notifications, a pseudonymous device-level identifier may be used (for example, an installation or device ID generated by the operating system or our analytics/push partners). This identifier is used for technical purposes — crash stability, attribution, notification delivery — not to infer sensitive traits about you.
We do not use these identifiers to reconstruct your real-world identity.
4. AI gameplay analysis — video only
When you request coaching feedback, the App transmits gameplay video to a third-party AI inference provider for analysis. No other category of personal data is intentionally bundled into that request.
The processing is performed using the third-party service FAL AI, model: nvidia/nemotron-3-nano-omni/video. The model reviews visual gameplay content to produce textual coaching insights shown inside the App.
By using AI analysis, you understand that video content leaves your device for secure processing on provider infrastructure governed by their terms and security practices. We select providers that process data for the purpose of delivering the feature you asked for.
5. On-device history
Analysis results and session metadata needed to show your gaming history are stored locally on your device so you can revisit prior reports. We do not operate a cloud archive of your clips tied to your identity unless a future version explicitly states otherwise.
6. Third-party services
The App integrates limited third-party SDKs:
- Singular — mobile measurement and attribution to understand how the App is discovered and used in aggregate.
- OneSignal — push notification delivery when you opt in on your device.
- FAL AI — video inference for AI coaching, as described above.
Each provider processes data according to its own privacy documentation. We configure integrations to avoid collecting more than is needed for their function.
7. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please keep your device updated and protected with a passcode or biometrics.
9. International users
If you use the App from outside the United Kingdom, your video may be processed on servers located in other countries by our AI and infrastructure partners. By using AI features you consent to that transfer for the purpose of delivering analysis.
10. Your choices
- You may decline push permissions in iOS Settings.
- You may delete local session history within the App where that control is provided.
- You may stop using AI analysis if you do not want video sent to FAL AI.
- You may uninstall the App at any time.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when features or partners change. The effective date at the top will be revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
